Immigration
Immigration is a very complex and rapidly changing area, there is a lot of information available on the Home Office website but it is fragmented and difficult to find and to understand.
We have understanding of both United Kingdom immigration and applications under the European Union Settlement Scheme.
We are happy to help answer any questions you might have and direct you to an appropriately qualified advisor to help you with your application if we cant help.
Immigration advice and help with applications is provided by volunteers who act as case workers for a local firm of Solicitors and OISC Registered Immigration Advisors under whose name advice is given.
As a result we can help with a wide range of immigration advice or provide a second opinion.
Whilst remaining impartial and not aligned to any organization or government body we work with the Home Office’s Becket House Community Engagement Team who provide a Voluntary Departure Service.
The Voluntary Departure Service is provided free of charge for people who are overstayers, asylum seekers or failed asylum seekers who no longer wish to pursue their claims or applications, have no other recourse to remain in the UK, have taken all necessary advice and who wish to return home. The Voluntary Departure Service offers flights back to country of origin and financial support to those who are eligible. Please contact us for more information about Voluntary Return.
“I’ve worked with thousands of primarily Latin Americans and understand the uncertainty of dealing with immigration in a foreign country. But we’ve been able to help a huge amount of people. ”
